Liverpool Hospital School uses formative assessment to meet the individual learning needs of our students. This ensures that students are engaged in new learning rather than practice in what they already know.
Students fill out an exit slip when leaving the classroom to reflect on the new learning they have experienced and how that will transfer to their regular school and/or future.
Liverpool Hospital School also provides exam conditions for National Assessment Program - Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) and the Higher School Certificate (HSC) so that students can choose to continue their exams whilst in hospital.
